Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. That is why, we guarantee to exchange any item that does not live up to the high quality standards of D8 Fitness. Alternatively, we can offer a credit note for use on future purchases.
We do have a few stipulations for any product returns. These include:
• Proof of purchase – usually a receipt
• Returns must be completed with 15 days of purchase
• Items must be in new condition. We cannot accept items unless they are clean, free of body odour or chalk. Items must not be damaged or altered in any way.
• The item must be completely unused and returned in their original packaging, complete with any tags or labels.
If the above conditions are met, we will be happy to arrange your return.
Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange sale items.
Please make sure your item is properly packaged and sealed before sending your item via post or courier. This will help to protect your return so that it arrives in a good condition. If your return arrives damaged as a result of the shipping process, we will be unable to offer you an exchange or credit note. We will, however, hold onto your item so that you can come and collect it from us
We are not able to accept liability for any damage to a product that occurs during transit.
Products are returned at your own cost. The only exception to this rule is if the item is faulty or D8 Fitness has sent an incorrect item. In this case, we will be happy to send a replacement product at our own cost.
