Couriers normally contact you before delivery takes place we would encourage you to answear unknown calls around the time you are expecting delivery, if there is no answer, some driver may not attempt to deliver.
Most of our orders are dispatched and delivered in Ireland within 72 hours. International orders may take up to two weeks. Please be patients and allow this time before contacting us if your parcel has not arrived.
Couries will make two attempts to delivery your order. If unsuccessful, they will be returned to your local depot for collection. Most delivery attempts are made on weekdays between the hours of 9am and 6pm. If you require delivery outside of these times, further charges may apply.
DELIVERY COSTS
We try hard to keep our shipping charges to a minimum. All orders to be delivered in Ireland will cost a flat rate of €8.75per parcel up to 30kg. Due to the size of some orders, it may be necessary to split them into two parcels which will be charged accordingly.
Orders that need to be palletised will cost €67.50 per pallet. These pallets must not weigh more than 900kg and are delivered curbside only, Drivers will not unload consignment or take into you house for you
Destinations in Europe and the rest of the world will vary but are calculated at checkout.
If you choose Click and Collect, you will not have to pay for delivery.
