DELIVERY
We work with Fastway Couriers Transland Group and UPS to provide delivery throughout Ireland and the rest of the world. Our delivery service is fast, reliable and competitively priced, so that you can receive your products in a timely fashion without paying more than necessary. Please pay special attention to your delivery details, including your phone number and Eircode so that we can ensure the best possible delivery service.
Please note following if you change your delivery address once the order is in transit, you may incur additional charges.
We will use your email address to send you courier notification, tracking numbers and expected ETA we kindly ask you to read each email as the information is for you and will speed up delivery service to you. Palltised freight, tracking can only be done internal, please contact.
Couriers normally contact you before delivery takes place we would encourage you to answear unknown calls around the time you are expecting delivery, if there is no answer, some driver may not attempt to deliver.
Most of our orders are dispatched and delivered in Ireland within 72 hours. International orders may take up to two weeks. Please be patients and allow this time before contacting us if your parcel has not arrived.
Couries will make two attempts to delivery your order. If unsuccessful, they will be returned to your local depot for collection. Most delivery attempts are made on weekdays between the hours of 9am and 6pm. If you require delivery outside of these times, further charges may apply.
