Lat Pulley Ez Curl Bar
The lat pulley EZ curl bar from D8 Fitness, like the normal EZ-curl bar, is designed specifically for training the upper arms. However, this rod is specially designed for use with your pulley equipment. This increases the number of exercises that you can do with your pulleys considerably. The great advantage of the EZ curl bar is that the load on the lower arms is spared. This helps prevent overuse injuries in the forearms compared to the risk when you do these exercises with a normal straight bar.
How is an EZ Curl Bar Different?
An olympic Super Curl Bar is a barbell. In comparison, the EZ Curl Bar features a special tooth shape that provides many benefits. The major advantage is that it lessens the load on the lower arms. As a result, there is less chance of suffering from overuse injuries in the forearms than performing the same exercises with a “normal” straight bar. In addition to limiting stress on the wrists and reducing the risk of common injuries, lifters can also adjust their grip widths for different exercises. Couriers normally contact you before delivery takes place we would encourage you to answear unknown calls around the time you are expecting delivery, if there is no answer, some driver may not attempt to deliver.
Most of our orders are dispatched and delivered in Ireland within 72 hours. International orders may take up to two weeks. Please be patients and allow this time before contacting us if your parcel has not arrived.
Couries will make two attempts to delivery your order. If unsuccessful, they will be returned to your local depot for collection. Most delivery attempts are made on weekdays between the hours of 9am and 6pm. If you require delivery outside of these times, further charges may apply.
DELIVERY COSTS
We try hard to keep our shipping charges to a minimum. All orders to be delivered in Ireland will cost a flat rate of €8.75per parcel up to 30kg. Due to the size of some orders, it may be necessary to split them into two parcels which will be charged accordingly.
Orders that need to be palletised will cost €67.50 per pallet. These pallets must not weigh more than 900kg and are delivered curbside only, Drivers will not unload consignment or take into you house for you
Destinations in Europe and the rest of the world will vary but are calculated at checkout.
If you choose Click and Collect, you will not have to pay for delivery.
